Deposit: Minimum first night stay or half of total due for reserved nights (whichever is greater) plus 5% tax. We accept MC, Visa, check or money order.

A Security Deposit: Deposit of $500.00 is required and completely refundable as long as there is no damage or problems with the cabin, its' contents, or the grounds. The deposit can be made with credit card number.

Cancellation must be made within 30 days to receive deposit refund, minus 20% for bookkeeping fee. If cancellation made less than 30 days, a refund shall be made only if the cabin can be re-rented, still less the 20%. Same cancellation policy applies if reservations made with less than 30 days to cancel.

Minimum of two nights stay $300/night.
Check in: 3:30 p.m. or anytime thereafter
Check out: 10:30 a.m.
NO SMOKING INSIDE CABIN and conscientious precautions if smoking outside
No Pets allowed without prior consent to arrival
No Outdoor campfire .
Please use washer and dryer for towels and linens as we do not provide daily maid service.
We trust you will appreciate your privacy and will maintain a comfortable living environment during your stay. We only ask that you remove all garbage from the cabin and leave your cabin tidy upon your departure.
